Bytesense Issue Tracking System

    Bytesense Issue Tracking System (BITS) is an application that allows you to record and follow the progress of every problem or "issue" that a computer system user identifies until the problem is resolved. With BITS, an "issue", which can be anything from a simple customer question to a detailed technical report of an error or bug, can be tracked by priority status, owner, or some other customized criteria.

Accessing BITS

  • Type http://support.bytesense.biz in the address bar of your browser.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Upon verification, the browser will open your customer area, The howto is as follows
  • To raise a new issue press New Ticket new.png
  • To view your current pending  issues press My Tickets ticket.png
  • To seach for any specific issue press Search search.png
  • To change your settings press Preferences prefer.png
  • To logout press Logout exit.png
