Who are you?

I am Najam-ur-Rehman, I work as a Graphic Designer at the ByteSense Lahore office. I solve problems and help clients think of new ways to market and promote their services and products. Generally, I help them look at new ways and in different directions than what they've been seeing day in and day out... it's a mix of research, information-architecture, pictorial art, sketches, animation and videos.

How is it like working at ByteSense?

It's great experience to be practicing what I love. I can float experimental ideas, I have alot of space for innovation and creativity in design. Most companies lack the guts to support and trust designers abilities to define new ways and trends but at ByteSense my ideas are supported no matter how outrageous.

What do you like most about working here?

At ByteSense I have freedom and a strong sense of quality. Everybody is friendly, supportive and encouraging. Above all nothing is static I keep working on new and innovative stuff.

Your best Moment at ByteSense?

When I won the Medal of Honour match against the CEO
