Engineering & Development is not a 9-5 job. Some people like working late in the night; other people are early birds and like to work then. The important thing is to get things done. At ByteSense, we do not restrict engineers to a certain start and end time. Instead, engineers are expected to work 48 hours in a week. That time can be spent in the first two days and take the rest of the week off. Or it can be done every late night for 8-9 hours. Its up to the convenience of our engineers.
